His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, received yesterday morning Igles Levits, President of the Republic of Latvia, at the headquarters of "Expo 2020 Dubai".
