The time has come for indignation in the CAR after Minister Hassan Bouba was released from prison on Friday November 26, a week after his arrest and indictment of war crimes and crimes against humanity by the Special Criminal Court.

Hassan Bouba, former number 2 of the UPC armed group, is suspected of having planned the attack on the Alindao refugee camp where more than a hundred civilians lost their lives in 2018.
