The Ministry of Justice revealed that the number of state cases received by federal and local government agencies during the current year amounted to 1,843 cases, ranging from financial claims, cancellation of administrative decisions, end-of-service benefits, tax disputes, disputes over trademarks, and others. The report indicated that the number of complaints submitted against experts reached 18, representing 6% of the total number of experts registered in the table, which numbered 300, and it was noted that the number of complaints decreased during the past year by 2%, as a result of the measures taken against them, in addition to the intensification of courses and programs Training for all disciplines to raise the efficiency of experts.

The department provides needs for federal courts, prosecutions, and rental disputes of different specializations, whether from those registered in the roll or from government or specialized agencies throughout the year, as the number of delegates this year in judicial authorities reached 3,224, including 2,964 federal courts, 72 federal prosecutions, 188 disputes rental, in addition to 40 temporary experts from various federal agencies.

The report stated that one of the most important projects undertaken this year was the automation of the process of nominating experts, receiving their assignments, and submitting their reports through the smart justice system.

High index of achievement

The report revealed a noticeable rise in the achievement indicator with regard to hearing appeals and lawsuits, as it achieved a 91-percent completion rate in adjudicating the cases before it.

He referred to the "Rule of Law" Index 2021, which assesses the rule of law in 139 countries and provinces, issued by the Global Justice Project Foundation in Washington.
