In implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, ordered the disbursement of housing loans and the distribution of housing and residential land for citizens in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the exemption of families of deceased and retired families with Limited income from home loan payments.
The adoption of this package of housing benefits and exemptions for the year 2021 coincides with the country’s celebrations of the 50th National Day and a continuation of the housing packages for this year, which totaled 13.1 billion dirhams and benefited 12,531 citizens, based on the keenness of the wise leadership to ensure social stability and enhance living standards and a decent life for citizens. And their role in contributing to the advancement of development in society.
