Mohamed bin Zayed orders the disbursement of a housing benefit package worth 10 billion dirhams

In implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, ordered the disbursement of housing loans, residential land and housing, and the exemption of deceased and retired families from People with low incomes from repaying housing loans, with a total value of 10 billion dirhams, benefited 10,032 male and female citizens in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The adoption of the third package of housing benefits and exemptions for this year coincides with the country's celebrations of the fiftieth anniversary of the Union, based on the keenness of the wise leadership to ensure social stability, enhance living standards and a decent life for citizens, and enhance their role in contributing to advancing development in society.

This package also came in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, within the Abu Dhabi Development Accelerators Program "Ghadan 21", and the doubling of housing loan approvals for citizens, coinciding with the country's celebrations of the fiftieth anniversary of the Union.

• Adopting the third package of housing benefits and exemptions, coinciding with the country's celebrations of the 50th Union Day.

• The package came within the "Tomorrow 21" program.

The order to approve the third package of housing benefits and exemptions for this year included:

■ Home Loans.

■ Distribution of housing and residential land for citizens.

■ Exempting the families of deceased and retired people with limited income from paying the dues of housing loans.
