Visitors to the pavilion begin the journey with plants, through two sections: the first, through a large interactive touch screen, on any image displayed on the screen of Indian plants and herbs to show all the places of cultivation of these plants in India, the most famous areas, and all the details of planting these plants and stages of growth The harvest and uses.

The second part of the visitors' journey to the pavilion, which is surrounded by a legendary atmosphere of the charm of the Indian heritage, includes a corridor inside a glass dome, and includes between its sides from the inside models of hanging plants, or planted on both sides of the corridor, and as soon as the visitor approaches any plant and puts the tablet camera on it, On its screen, the plant announces its story, health benefits, and how it is currently used as a treatment for certain diseases, as well as defining the categories of use for each plant.

Visitors to the pavilion, when identifying the plants displayed in a form that simulates the nature of the traditional Indian forests, use techniques based on artificial intelligence and augmented reality that link tablets to cards installed at each plant displayed in the plant aisle within the pavilion.

The official of hospitality and reception at the Indian pavilion, Oriana Shadri, indicated that “the corridor of plants displayed in the pavilion represents a mixture between the Indian heritage, which is famous for plants and herbs and their use for various therapeutic purposes, and between modern technology that relies on artificial intelligence and augmented reality, to make plants interact with visitors. She tells her health secrets on (tablet) screens.

She added, to "Emirates Today", that "the corridor displays the Indian (Aurveda) culture, which relies on plant therapy, of which India is famous for a large number, where each plant has certain benefits that are suitable for uses intended for treatment," pointing out that one of the most prominent Indian plants Displayed in the aisle of the pavilion is the plant "Indian turmeric", which is used as an anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-swelling.

She explained that "one of the most prominent plants on display is the leaves of the mint plant, which is famous in India for treating diseases related to anxiety and nervousness, in addition to uses related to diet and weight loss, in addition to the leaves of the lemon plant, which is used for diseases related to hair, skin, wound healing, and weight loss recipes." , pointing out that the suite also includes the leaves of the "curry" plant, which is famous for being a protein-rich plant and an anti-inflammatory in the body.

The Indian Pavilion, whose construction cost was about $70 million (five billion rupees), and which was built on an area of ​​4,614 square meters, is one of the largest pavilions in Expo 2020 Dubai, and its exterior was designed using 600 separate blocks. , in a way that expresses the concept of sustainable development in India.
