Turkey closes borders to arrivals from 5 countries due to the new strain of Corona

Turkish Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said today, Friday, that his country has closed its borders to travelers from five countries, as a precaution against the new strain of the Corona virus.

Koca said on "Twitter" that Turkey will not allow entry to travelers from Botswana, South Africa, Mozambique, Namibia and Zimbabwe as of Friday night due to the increase in cases of the new strain.
