“I urge the law enforcement agencies to find the perpetrators as soon as possible and bring them to justice,” she wrote on her Facebook page.
Osmani addressed the victims, wishing them a speedy recovery, and expressed condolences to the families of the victims.
Earlier, the national television of Serbia reported about the shelling of a vehicle by unknown persons during the transportation of schoolchildren in the village of Glocane.
According to the Kosovo online portal, four people were killed - two schoolchildren, a driver and a conductor.
Several more people were injured.
