“The State Duma and the deputies received more than 120 thousand official appeals, and even more comments are heard on social networks,” Volodin wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to him, all appeals are carefully studied.
He added that it is important to comprehensively discuss the draft laws on QR codes.
Earlier, the State Duma Defense Committee supported the concept of the bill on QR codes and recommended the lower house of parliament to adopt it in the first reading.
