The rescue service in Luleå was full on Wednesday evening. During an ongoing operation in central Luleå, a new fire alarm was received on Porsön. The apartment owner had forgotten macaroni on the stove and the firefighters had to break down the door to get rid of the dry cooking.
The rescue service's internal commander, Conny Qwarforth, says the situation is now under control.
- No one opened when we got there so we had to break the door.
We have contacted the property owner who in turn may try to get hold of the apartment owner, he says.
