Vegetarian frozen pizza, blueberry drizzle and whey sorbet were on the menu when the food competition Eat! Stockholm took over Södertälje Science park on Tuesday. One of the companies competing is Varma Sverige from Järna: - We are here today to be seen and to get our pizza out to the retailers, says Helge Skånberg.
The winner of this year's competition was the company Ostmakeriet with their Whey Sorbet.
Sorbets are made from a by-product from the company's cheese production and have, as the name suggests, whey as the main ingredient.
