Former Prime Minister Suga of the Liberal Democratic Party and former Secretary-General Nikai, who is the chairman of the Japan-Vietnam Friendship League, met with Vietnam's Prime Minister Pham Minh Chin at a hotel in Tokyo on the morning of the 23rd.
