An SUV overwhelms a Christmas parade, many dead and dozens of injured

Eleven adults and twelve minors are injured, while the number of dead has not yet been disclosed, but there is talk of several deceased, including some minors.

This is the updated balance sheet reported by the Waukesha Fire Department, Wisconsin, where in the afternoon, at 16.29, a red SUV swept over a Christmas parade at full speed.

There is still no certain information on the reasons for the massacre, but it would not be a terrorist attack or an action linked to the acquittal of Kyle Rittenhouse, but the attempted escape after a stabbing, which took place in another area of the city. The car, a red SUV, would have swooped into the parade by chance in an attempt to get away, at full speed, from the place where an attack would have occurred. This is the investigative hypothesis that emerged in these minutes by the police of Waukesha, Wisconsin, and reported by MSNBC. The hypothesis of a revenge for the acquittal of Rittenhouse, the young man who killed two Black Lives Matter protesters a year ago, not far away, is not confirmed.

To confirm the hypothesis of the tragic fatality would be the images of the car taken with a mobile phone from a terrace: as it approaches the parade, the red SUV slows down and tries to avoid the last of the band, to then make a slight bend and resume the race at full speed, overwhelming dozens of people.

The car was found shortly after the tragedy, with the front part completely destroyed.

The driver has already been arrested
