The Criminal Court, which fined him 3000 dirhams, and acquitted him of the first charge, where the accused appealed the verdict in the "appeal", which decided to amend the fine to 1000 dirhams.

The case papers indicated that the plaintiff had instituted a civil lawsuit to demand that the defendant pay her 15,000 dirhams in compensation for material and moral damages with legal interest at 9% from the date of the judgment becoming. Considering that it was decided to convict the defendant, which is a final judgment.

The defendant's attorney, Lawyer Omar Al-Zaabi, submitted a memorandum holding that the penal judgment supported the case did not discuss the common basis between the criminal and civil lawsuits, but rather referred the civil lawsuit to the competent civil court, because it needed an investigation so as not to disrupt the resolution of the criminal lawsuit.

He pointed out that the plaintiff's leaving her work and receiving her dues was of her own desire and that his client had nothing to do with that, and he requested that the lawsuit be dismissed and that the plaintiff be obligated to pay expenses and fees.

In its ruling, a partial civil court confirmed that the cassation ruling had not been appealed, as the ruling had become final.

She explained that the defendant was proven wrong in insulting the plaintiff, adding that the court considers that the damage caused to the plaintiff is fixed by sending the defendant via “WhatsApp” phrases, including “Coward, and you are not good,” and the defendant’s confession in the Public Prosecution’s investigations by sending a text message Thus, she stated that the phrases contained insulting and insulting words for the plaintiff.

The court ruled to obligate the defendant to pay the plaintiff 5000 dirhams in compensation for the moral damage incurred by her, with legal interest of 6% from the date of the issuance of the judgment until the completion of payment.
