The Batavians are very upset against the introduction of a new curfew for restaurants and cafes.
The establishment of a health pass is also part of the measures rejected by the protesters.
The day of Saturday and the evening were marked by new demonstrations in several localities, and in particular in The Hague, where the executive sits.
However, they did not reach the level of violence of Friday evening.

The restrictive measures decided by the Dutch government still do not pass.
After the
debauchery of violence on Friday evening
which left two injured among the demonstrators and one among the police, the toll is now 51 arrests, half of which were minors.
The
“
orgy of violence
” thus described by the mayor of Rotterdam had prompted the organizers to cancel their planned demonstration in Amsterdam. It still took place this Saturday. A few thousand demonstrators against sanitary measures gathered in the capital of the Netherlands; they dispersed peacefully at the end of the afternoon.
An identical scenario unfolded during a rally of a few hundred demonstrators in Breda, in the south of the Kingdom.
On the other hand, in several other localities, mobile units of the police and the royal constabulary had to intervene, often with water cannons.
A vaccination center was the victim of a slight fire in Emmen near the German border without this being yet classified as an arson by the prosecution.
In many other cities, such as Roermond, Almelo or Urk, the police were attacked by rioters as well as in The Hague, the administrative capital.
Small groups of rioters again very young like in Rotterdam who have repeatedly thrown stones and fireworks at the police.
