Israeli Energy Minister Karen Al-Harr is heading to the United Arab Emirates, where she will sign a memorandum of understanding with Jordan, the UAE and the United States tomorrow, Monday, according to what the German Press Agency reported on Sunday.

According to the "Jerusalem Post" newspaper, the signatories to the memorandum will cooperate with each other to find solutions to combat climate change.

And last Wednesday, the Israeli Energy Minister said that Israel is studying joint climate projects with Jordan, the United Arab Emirates and the United States, adding that the four countries will sign a joint declaration in this regard.

At the time, Reuters quoted an informed source as saying that the projects may include the production of solar energy in Jordan for the market in Israel, which in return will have to desalinate the waters of the Mediterranean to supply Jordan with it.
