RBK: Russian Railways will reduce the frequency of running of more than 40 trains on a number of destinations

As noted, the suspension of ticket sales will affect only 44 trains.

It is clarified that the reason for the revision of the train schedule was the fall in consumer demand.

The press service of the FPK stressed that if necessary or in case of high demand, the frequency of running trains can be increased again. 

In October, Moscow Deputy Mayor for Transport Maxim Liksutov said that passenger traffic on all types of transport in the capital had almost reached 85% of the pre-pandemic volume.
