David, who had intended to buy an electric car, thinks it would have been better if private individuals who did not have a garage could set up a charging post outside the house.

The problem is the sidewalk.

Since it is the municipality that manages the land outside, they believe that it could pose a tripping risk in the dark and that not everyone could use the sidewalk from an accessibility perspective if a cable had been pulled from the house down to the parking lot outside.
