It was at 16.39 that the public called the police about a suspected shooting in the Fröslunda area in Eskilstuna.
- They must have heard and perhaps seen the actual shooting.
When we arrive at the scene, we find a man shot, but the damage situation is still unclear, says Peter Ström, RLC officer at the Police.
14-year-old gunshot wounded
According to Mälar Hospital, a 14-year-old boy is being cared for for gunshot wounds there.
He should be seriously injured but the situation is still described as stable.
The police have cordoned off the place but currently have no suspected perpetrator.
- We are looking for a person who has been seen leaving the place more than that, I can not say, says Peter Ström.
