In the property, they found a woman who had been beaten and a man who was suspected of the beating.
According to the police, when the man was to be arrested, there was a "scuffle" and after the arrest, on site at the hostel, the man must have lost consciousness.

The man is taken to hospital, where he then dies.

Police intervention may be investigated
