It was in August that the man in his 35s was to be stopped by the police on a road in Luleå.

But instead of stopping, he fled the scene and several police patrols and even a helicopter left for the man.

The man was traveling on a motorcycle, drove partly on the wrong side of the road and was riding on the rear wheel.

After a while, he turned off into a forest where he soon got stuck in a swamp and the police were able to arrest him.

The police hit the man's car

A month later, the man was out in traffic again.

This time behind the wheel of a car and heavily under the influence of drugs, he collided with another motorist in central Luleå.

He deviated from the scene and, according to the verdict, drove along pedestrian and bicycle paths at high speed before the police finally hit the man's car.

According to the prosecutor, the 35-year-old showed through his actions an indifference to other people's lives.

The man is now sentenced to four months in prison for, among other things, gross negligence in traffic and drug-related crimes.
