Together, S, C, MP, V, the independent members Göran Göransson and Lars Toftemar, got through the opposition's budget with one vote more than M, L, KD and SD.
The former Social Democrat Lars Toftemar had the role of wavemaster.
Toftemar had previously announced that he was prepared to release the three-leaf clover's budget.
But when it was time for a vote, he changed his mind and voted for the opposition's budget.
- I played a bit of foul play, no one knew it would go like this, says Lars Toftemar.
S budget for the third year in a row
M, L and KD became a minority government in Ystad in 2018 after an electoral technical collaboration with SD.
Despite the government, the three-leaf clover has had to be dragged along with the opposition's budget throughout the term of office.
The first time was in 2018 when SD voted with the opposition.
The second time was when the former Christian Democrat Göran Göransson chose to vote for the opposition's budget 2020.
