According to local media reports, Teterin was detained on November 17 on suspicion of brokering a bribe.

Earlier, the court ruled on the arrest of the acting head of the interregional department of Rosprirodnadzor for the Samara and Ulyanovsk regions, Oleg Kruchinin, accused of accepting a bribe on an especially large scale.
