The statement was made against the background of reports of the death of dozens of people from alcohol poisoning in several regions of Russia: in the Orenburg region, 34 people died due to poisoning with surrogate alcohol, another 24 people died from methyl alcohol sold in one of the districts of Yekaterinburg.
