The President of the United States Joe Biden ratified, Monday, November 15, his gigantic plan on the infrastructures thanks to which "America will again move forward".
The American president signed his great law adopted by forceps in Congress, during a ceremony with great pomp in the gardens of the White House, attended by elected Democrats and Republicans who pushed for the adoption of the text.
This law devotes 1,200 billion dollars to the renovation or construction of bridges, roads, terminals for electric cars and water pipes.
It should also make it possible to develop public transport and the high-speed Internet network.
This is one of two investment projects prioritized by Joe Biden, who is now waiting for a vote on a plan of 1.7 trillion dollars devoted to social measures and the fight against climate change.
