During Monday evening, residents of Kungsmaken had the opportunity to participate in a safety walk to discuss what is perceived as unsafe.

- It feels good to be involved and talk about this.

You want to be able to be out at any time of the day without feeling anxious, says Lillemor Pettersson, living in Kungsmarken.

The idea is that the views that have emerged should be noted and be able to form the basis for both major and minor measures in the continued security work in the municipality.

Affects security

Last week, a fire broke out in a parking garage, where almost 100 cars were damaged by smoke and three were completely destroyed.

The police drew up a report of serious damage.

Monday's safety walk was planned earlier - but now came at the right time considering the incident, says Fältgruppen's Oskar Hovbäck.

- It is clear that all such incidents affect the perceived security.

It is something you always look at, if there are things you can prevent so that it does not happen again, he says.
