British police confirmed that at about 11 o'clock local time on the 14th, a taxi exploded outside a hospital in central Liverpool, causing the death of passengers and the taxi driver's injury.
The injured were rushed to the hospital for treatment, without life threatening.
After the incident, ambulances and firefighters rushed to the scene. The police set up a cordon around the hospital and launched an investigation into the cause of the explosion.
The police said that the car explosion has not yet been classified as a "terrorist incident", but out of cautious considerations, the British anti-terrorist police have intervened and led the investigation.
Currently, the police arrested 3 men aged 21 to 29 years old in accordance with the Anti-Terrorism Law.
