The assistant to the head of the Ministry of Health of Russia also said that the certificate for revaccination or vaccination of citizens who have recovered from COVID-19 with the drug "Sputnik Light" begins to operate on the day of vaccination.

Earlier, the headquarters said that the level of collective immunity to coronavirus infection in Russia was 49%.
