The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that it will hold vice-ministerial-level talks between Japan, the United States and South Korea in Washington on the 17th of next week, local time.



In addition to Vice-Minister Mori from Japan, Deputy Secretary of State Sherman from the United States and First Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs Choi Jung-gon from South Korea will attend.



It is the first time in four months since July that Japan, the United States and South Korea have held discussions at the level of the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs. Opinions are expected to be exchanged on issues such as nuclear weapons and missiles.
