On November 10, local time, the Guinness World Records announced that a boy in Alabama, USA, set a record for the survival of a premature baby.

  Curtis Means, now 16 months old, was born on July 5, 2020, 132 days earlier than the due date.

At birth, he weighed less than a pound.

  With the help of a ventilator, Curtis was discharged from the hospital on April 6, 2021 after 275 days in the hospital.
