It is necessary to treat vaccines as public goods and distribute them fairly and reasonably around the world to ensure the availability and affordability of vaccines in developing economies.

So far, China has provided more than 1.7 billion doses of vaccine to more than 100 countries and international organizations, and donated US$100 million to the "New Coronary Vaccine Implementation Plan."

China will also donate 100 million doses of new crown vaccine to other developing countries free of charge.

It is necessary to maintain the safety and stability of the industrial chain and supply chain, facilitate personnel exchanges, support the resumption of work and production, and continue to promote economic recovery.

  It is necessary to tap the potential of innovation and digitalization, promote digital industrialization and industrial digitalization, strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure, promote technology transfer and knowledge sharing, and eliminate the digital divide.

We will implement the APEC Internet and digital economy roadmap in a comprehensive and balanced manner, fully tap the potential of digitalization, and let the digital dividend benefit the broad masses of people.

  We must follow the path of green development and achieve inclusive and sustainable growth.

China will unswervingly follow the path of green development, and strive to achieve carbon peaks by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.

China will successively release implementation plans and supporting measures for carbon peaking in key areas and industries, and build a carbon peaking and carbon neutral "1+N" policy system.

China will vigorously support the development of green and low-carbon energy in developing countries and will no longer build new overseas coal power projects.

China has successfully hosted the 15th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity and expects the 26th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change to achieve practical results.

Not long ago, President Xi Jinping put forward a global development initiative to promote a more robust, green and healthy global development in order to accelerate the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. China looks forward to the active participation of all parties.

Since the reform and opening up, China's 770 million rural poor people have been lifted out of poverty, accounting for more than 70% of the global poverty reduction population during the same period, and achieving the poverty reduction goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development 10 years ahead of schedule.
