He reportedly heard an explosion in his apartment and noticed that the scooter was on fire.
His wife, who was in the bathroom, was allegedly blown away by the explosion when she opened the door.
The accommodation was then destroyed by flames.
The building is forbidden to access

In the meantime, the town hall has issued an order prohibiting access to the building, due to a risk of collapse.
