In the latest draft budget, the ISEE ceiling of 25 thousand euros is confirmed to access the 110% bonus for single-family houses. "For interventions carried out on real estate units used as main residence by individuals, which have a value of the situation indicator economic equivalent not exceeding 25,000 euros per year, the 110 percent deduction is also due for expenses incurred by 31 December 2022 ".
