"Became a kick in the butt" - Gert decided to sell when Falu municipality made a property inventory

No claim to habitable

In Falun's housing inventory, the municipality had no requirement that the property be habitable.

- I think it's great to be reminded that you have something valuable that someone else may be interested in, says Martina Nilsson, rural developer in Falu municipality.

About 500 people responded to the survey, of which about 80 people could consider selling or renting out their property.
