On Tuesday, the Court of Appeal hearing begins against the three men who have appealed convictions for a serious gun crime after a music video recording - where the murder weapon on Adriana was shown.

In September, the men in Attunda District Court were convicted of a serious weapon crime linked to the murder of 12-year-old Adriana who was shot dead when she was outside McDonalds in Botkyrka in the summer of 2020.

Among those convicted are a rap artist and a person who is considered by the police to have a leading role in the gang criminal environment.

The person has already been convicted of several other crimes, including drug crimes.

He is considered to be in a deadly conflict with the rivals in the Vårbyn network, a criminal group where many leading people have also received long prison sentences based on evidence obtained through Encrochat.

The evidence regarding the weapons conviction in Adrianafallet contains a music video that the convicts recorded in a garage in Sollentuna in the days before the fatal shooting.

The video shows a person dropping cartridges on the ground in the garage.

A cartridge case could later be found by the police and a comparison of the National Forensic Center found that it matched cases where Adriana was murdered.

The music video also included the white Audi that was seen in connection with people opening fire on Adriana.

The shots are suspected to have been intended for two people who are connected to a criminal network.

The current murder weapon - the AK47 - is also said to have been used in an assassination attempt in another case in Stockholm in the summer of 2020.

Anna Svedin sees the finding as a success that further strengthens the district court's ruling.

-It gives extra strength to the investigation, she says.

Anna Svedin now hopes that harsher punishment in the Court of Appeal and that the accused will be convicted of a particularly serious gun crime, which is a stricter classification than a serious gun crime.

Her motivation is that at least three sharp weapons were used in connection with the music video recording, among other things, one of them was fired in a densely populated residential area in Västerås.

The suspects have denied the crime and have appealed.

As for the murder of Adriana, the investigation is still ongoing.

Eight people are suspected of crimes in connection with the murder, several of whom are in custody in their absence and are believed to be abroad.
