November 06, 2021A US Federal Court of Appeals has suspended the obligation to be vaccinated against Covid wanted by President Joe Biden for workers of companies with over 100 employees.

The US media reported this, publishing the sentence.

"Since the appeals give reason to believe that there are serious constitutional and legal problems", the obligation is "suspended until further action by this court", it reads.

The measure wanted by Biden forces tens of millions of workers to get vaccinated against Covid by next January 4th.

Those who do not will be forced to undergo regular tests.

The obligation has been the subject of appeals, especially from Texas, a state controlled by the Republicans.
