This is stated on the website of the regional government.

It is noted that the decision to refuse to extend non-working days was made at a meeting of the operational headquarters to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection.

“At the same time, restrictions on QR codes will be extended and new ones introduced,” Orlov said.

According to the statement, it is planned to introduce admission by QR codes or negative PCR tests from November 15 when visiting shopping centers, museums, libraries, cinemas, gyms and other institutions in seven municipalities with a high population density and morbidity.

Similar measures have been in effect in Blagoveshchensk since November 1.

Earlier it was reported that non-working days were extended in a number of regions of Russia.

For example, the governor of the Tomsk region, Sergei Zhvachkin, extended the non-working days in the region until November 15, and in the Chelyabinsk and Kursk regions they decided to extend the non-working days until November 12.
