According to legal sources consulted, Sastre has clarified that he received that order on April 16, two days before the leader of the Polisario Front landed at the Zaragoza Air Base.
In addition, he added that Andreu asked him to locate a bed at the San Pedro de Logroño Hospital, where Ghali remained hospitalized for Covid-19 that he suffered until his departure on June 1.
The same sources have specified that Sastre, who has testified as a witness, has assured the judge that Andreu did not identify Ghali in his petition.
Sastre's statement coincides with what the hospital's transplant and critical care coordinator and the center's manager have already done to the La Rioja Provincial Information Brigade of the National Police.
