"Cinemas, fitness centers, gyms, ice skating rinks, water parks, swimming pools, solariums, beauty salons, massage and spa salons, hairdressers, baths, saunas, bookmakers will resume their work," reads a statement on the portal of the government of the Rostov region. 

The work of catering enterprises is resumed in full.

At the same time, to visit these institutions, you will need a certificate of vaccination against coronavirus or a certificate of a past illness, the authorities said.

Earlier, the Chelyabinsk region decided to extend the non-working days until November 12.

The governor of the Tomsk region, Sergei Zhvachkin, extended the non-working days in the region until November 15.
