"All relevant deliveries in November are blocked," Gerus wrote on the Telegram channel.
According to him, the blocking occurs by the Russian Railways company, which does not give permission for the passage of wagons with coal through Russia.
Earlier in Ukraine it was reported that Russia had stopped supplies of thermal coal.
