Before the season, 13-year-old Maxximus Vikingasköld from Filipstad signed a contract with Yamaha Team Scandinavia as the youngest driver ever, even though he had only ridden road racing for one season.
The debut season offered both highs and lows with podium places and crashes but was finally summed up with a fifth place in the class Supersport 300 for young people and juniors.

However, the season is not quite over yet.
Maxximus will soon travel to Spanish Jerez for competition against strong opposition on the track Circuito de Jerez-Ángel Nieto, which among other things houses competitions in the royal class Moto GP.
