On the morning of October 30, the US destroyer USS Porter, armed with cruise missiles, entered the Black Sea, followed by the forces and means of the Black Sea Fleet.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov noted that US activity in the Black Sea, where an American destroyer was recently sent, does not add stability.
