New York to the rhythm of Halloween, the Big Apple organized its grand costume parade on Sunday, October 31, the first since the start of the pandemic.

As night fell, the streets of New York turned into a giant carnival for the return of the great Halloween parade.

Dancing to the rhythms of marching bands, skeletons, witches, giant ghosts, the party is back after 18 months of Covid, and New Yorkers have been waiting for it.
