Volunteers, Dima Al Qamzi, Ahmed Al-Awadi, and Hamdan Saqr, from the Al-Amin platform at Expo 2020 Dubai, confirmed to "Emirates Today" that the name of the service in itself attracts many exhibition visitors, especially tourists, noting that visitors were very impressed with the role. The volunteers said, “The main objective of Al-Amin’s participation in the exhibition is to establish a feeling among community members that the service is close to them, in addition to being an opportunity to raise awareness and increase the sense of security among members of the public. And they stressed that “the service always guarantees complete confidentiality for the positive people who cooperate with it, and gives different options to the caller so that he is reassured and believes in the importance of his role, so we ask him if he prefers not to communicate with him again, and he wants to be satisfied with providing the service with information, or is there a possibility of communication, whatever the nature of The information or the people it relates to, there is no room for anyone to know its source, as the relationship between (the trustee) and its partners is based on trust.”
They explained that "many members of society, who cooperate with the Secretary's service, are aware of the importance of the role of the service, which does not put any psychological pressure on them, but rather contributes as a link between (the whistleblower) and the competent authority in providing protection for many victims in crimes such as electronic extortion and others." They stressed that this role would not have been achieved successfully and positively without the help of community members.
