“The Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg considered the investigation's petition to choose a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions against Irina Volkova, accused of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art.

148 of the Criminal Code of Russia, ”the message says.

It is noted that "the investigator supported the petition."

At the same time, it is reported that “the prosecutor objected, explaining that there were no grounds”.

“The court refused,” the press service said, specifying that the woman did not object to the measure.

Earlier it was reported that in St. Petersburg the Investigative Committee opened a case against a woman who was photographed against the background of St. Isaac's Cathedral "with naked body parts" and distributed the photographs.
