Those with a lower rating will focus on the basic operation training of new equipment, those with an intermediate rating will focus on training of new equipment skills, and those with a higher rating will focus on training for difficult subjects.

  "The biggest feature of hierarchical training is to avoid "one-pot stew" in new equipment training. Officers and soldiers with better foundations learn first, and those with weak foundations focus on laying a solid foundation." The regiment leader introduced the training process. In China, they adopted the "upgrading through barriers" training model to motivate officers and soldiers to continue to work towards a higher level of training, which effectively aroused everyone's enthusiasm for training.

  According to the differences in the progress and content of the tiered training, the regiment also formulates an exclusive training plan for each level, establishes an assessment mechanism, timely evaluates the actual training effect, and optimizes and perfects the next training plan in a targeted manner.

In addition, the regiment also selected training backbones to learn from other units that distributed this type of equipment in advance, and invited manufacturers and technicians to guide the teaching.
