He pointed out that Colombia enjoys one season throughout the world, and its distinctive geographical nature has made it a center for the most important cycling races in the world.

He stated that the pavilion includes three floors designed in the form of knowledge boxes, as each box contains information about a distinct aspect of Colombia, where the first contains information about its distinguished location, which mainly affected its climate, while the second box is exposed to its most important cities, and where it is grown and produced. Coffee, and the third box deals with the musical and artistic theme, which interactively teaches visitors to Colombian dances to the rhythms that reflect its culture.

Juan added: “By participating in (Expo Dubai), Colombia seeks to enhance communication with the world and share its journey towards sustainability, creative economy and design, in addition to exploring new horizons and investment opportunities, as it is the gateway to South America, and one of the most prominent prosperous economies in the region. Amid increasing investments in information technology, agribusiness, renewable energy, industry and software sectors.

The Colombian pavilion at the exhibition provides a unique experience for visitors to enjoy tasting the best coffee in the world, as Colombia is famous for producing the finest coffee, and is one of the best coffee growing regions in the world, thanks to its tropical climate.

It is also the third largest coffee producing country in the world after Brazil and Vietnam.

It supplies humanity with 10% of the world's coffee production.

Colombia, also known for producing the best Arabica coffee in the world, produced 13.9 million bags in 2020, according to the National Federation of Coffee Producers.

The Colombia Pavilion unveiled the "Woman Reclining" sculpture, by the world famous Colombian plastic artist, Fernando Botero.

It is one of his most famous works, and it was transferred from Hong Kong to Dubai, to present it as an essential part of the Colombian civilization, and an attraction that attracts visitors from all over the world to the pavilion, as part of the efforts of the State of Colombia to spread local culture and arts, and enhance its presence within the map Global creativity.

The sculpture is one of the cultural and civilizational monuments that represent ancient Colombian art, and is considered one of the most prominent pieces of art that are highly appreciated and admired, and attracts visitors in the corner dedicated to displaying it in Botero Park, within the outer courtyard of the Colombian Pavilion.

With its design in the form of a reclining woman (three meters in length, about two meters in height) it symbolizes the sleeping soul inside the body, through which Botero presents a whiff of beauty and balance in life.
