The first semester exams for students start from the first to the twelfth on the 18th of next November and extend until the 29th of the same month, in the theoretical “A” subjects, while students take the practical “B” tests from the seventh of next November and continue until the 17th of the same month. The make-up exam begins on the fifth of next December and continues until the ninth of the same month, after which the winter vacation begins on the 12th of December until the 30th of the same month.

The Foundation clarified the mechanisms for dealing with these groups in the guide “Student Assessment Policy and Examination Controls for the Academic Year 2022/2021”, which it recently adopted, where in the first category exams are conducted in presence for school students (vaccinated or not) with a commitment to examinations ( PCR) according to the educational facilities operating protocol.

For the second category, the case of the student of determination is studied, and it is determined whether it allows him to realistically attend the test, and if the student’s condition does not allow attendance, a committee is allocated to test him remotely with the need to open the computer camera and specify a specific time for the test.

As for the third category (students abroad or in the treatment phase), the student’s health condition is studied, and if he is able to take the exam, this is applied remotely, after forming a special committee with the need to open the computer camera, but if the student’s health condition does not allow progress To the exam, he takes the make-up exam according to a schedule determined by the institution.

The guide stated that students of the fourth and fifth categories are given the option of "compensatory tests" after studying the student's eligibility for this type of test and the type of challenge he faced.

The guide indicated that the institution will provide students of the sixth category with computers, or set an appropriate schedule to activate computer laboratories in schools with the availability of the “offline” option to solve the test, indicating that in the event that computers cannot be provided, paper copies are used to perform the test with the need to wear gloves during paper exams. and applying precautionary measures.

The institution has specified the lessons for the final evaluation of the semester, so that students from the first to the twelfth grade include the course of the same semester.
