A family of 22... Visits Expo for the second time

A semi-circle... an elderly man and woman settle in the middle, and children play around it, enjoying the cheerful atmosphere that characterizes the "Expo 2020 Dubai" exhibition, while four men sit nearby with their wives.

You think that they are a spontaneous gathering, or a group of friends, and then you are surprised that they are one family consisting of 22 members, and it includes grandparents, children and grandchildren.

The grandparents came from India to visit their children and grandchildren, and to see the most important event in the world.

The eldest son, Samir Muhammad Mansour, told "Emirates Today": "This is our second visit to the exhibition.

We are very happy here, the organization exceeded our expectations, and the events are suitable for all ages.”

He added that he came from the Emirate of Al Ain with one of his brothers, and that their third brother came from Ras Al Khaimah, and the fourth came from Dubai, noting that they see the exhibition as a wonderful opportunity that cannot be missed for family gathering.

He added that he had read and watched some reports about the "Dubai Expo" before he came, but the reality is more impressive, "and this is why the exhibition deserves many visits to familiarize yourself with the content of the pavilions it contains, and to enjoy the various daily activities."

His brother, Siddiq Mohammed, confirmed that the exhibition represents a "charming human painting", pointing out that there are visitors from almost all over the world, in light of the participation of 192 countries with pavilions in the "Expo Dubai".

He stressed that "happiness is the spirit of the place, and this is the secret of the true success of the exhibition. We feel safe here, and everyone deals with each other with a kind of warmth and love."

He explains that he was impressed by many of the wings, especially the Emirati, Saudi, Egyptian and German, and did not find enough time to see all the wings, but he will come later with his brothers and sons.

Abdul Rahim Muhammad, the third brother, said, "Organizing the exhibition in this impressive way undoubtedly required great efforts, which we all appreciate."

He adds that «one of the most important advantages of the exhibition is that it caters to all tastes, interests and desires».

Being tech-savvy by the nature of his work, he has found amazing projects and innovations in the China and Germany pavilions.

His brothers also found something to suit their different interests, expressing his appreciation to the Government of Dubai and the Expo Organizing Committee for hosting this great event in such an exceptional way.

The wife of one of the brothers, Fatima, said with a smile, "Everything is wonderful here, we are happy to visit the exhibition for the second time," noting that she was impressed by the funny activities organized in the streets of the exhibition.

Grandfather, Muhammad Mansour, concluded the family's conversation with Emirates Today, saying that his presence among his children and grandchildren in this joyful atmosphere is very happy, stressing that what Dubai in particular, and the UAE in general, used to do is to exceed the limits of expectation and approach the impossible.
