“By the number of positive PCR tests, the specific weight is very small, it does not exceed 1%,” RIA Novosti quotes her.

Rise in infant mortality

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that the death rate from coronavirus among children has increased in the capital.

According to him, children who suffer from chronic diseases are very difficult to tolerate COVID-19.

“Therefore, for such a group of children who, at times, have a whole bunch of chronic diseases, who do not have their own immune system, new treatment protocols and sets of drugs have been introduced.

This is a very important decision that will help save lives, ”the mayor said on the air of the Russia 1 TV channel.

As specified in the Telegram channel of the Moscow headquarters, doctors of the children's remote consultation center will take under supervision of children from risk groups for the severe course of COVID-19, who are treated at home.

If necessary, they will receive treatment in a short-stay inpatient facility that operates at the Bashlyaeva Children's City Hospital.

It is noted that the stay in the hospital will last for several hours, the children will be taken there and back on a special transport.

“Based on the results of the examination, doctors can offer to undergo treatment with innovative drugs: monoclonal virus-neutralizing antibodies and human anticoid immunoglobulin.
